After a long period of searching for a new platform that could keep up with the company's growth and strategy, we came to Nimbi with the expectation of deploying a tool that would bring improvements in processes, reliability, traceability, innovation and agility, always based on the best practices of the market.
After 30 days of deployment, we feel that the tool has helped us build this new scenario.
In short, we have already been able to:
- automate and centralize the supplier approval process,
- improve manual activities such as the creation of quote maps, cost avoidance/savings validation, budgets, etc.
- generate end-to-end purchasing reports with all the details of the transaction performed.
- automate and integrate purchasing approval flows to regularize, formalize and integrate agencies into the tool.
- reduce the flow of emails for daily operations.
- meet suppliers from the Nimbi base, who presented new experiences, better conditions and very attractive costs.
I am aware that there is still a long way to go, but we have already identified opportunities to improve the tool, which could contribute to Nimbi's growth and also improve the process for its clients.
