
MadeiraMadeira, the largest online furniture and home decor retailer in Latin America, faced challenges with its purchasing processes, which were non-standardized and decentralized, resulting in operational errors and rework. In addition to being inefficient, the manual system could not support the scalability needed to keep up with the company's growth.
Looking for an integrated solution that would provide greater control, standardization and traceability, MadeiraMadeira chose Nimbi's e-Procurement solution. The tool allowed the creation of a purchasing intelligence area with full visibility of processes, management by performance indicators and support to related areas.
Three years after the deployment, MadeiraMadeira has registered more than 31,000 orders and has a collection of almost 11,000 product and service codes. The company intends to expand the integration of Nimbi Artificial Intelligence in the automation of purchasing tools, such as quotes and negotiations, with the goal of making buyers even more strategic.
